Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council has received a planning application from RSPB for Continuation of the development of a coastal nature reserve without compliance with Conditions 2 (Submitted details), 20 (Revised Aftercare scheme), 21 (Maintenance of Rights of Way and permissive routes), 30 (work in accordance with Flood Risk Assessment), 31 (timeline for project completion) and 32 (Date for removal of plant and machinery) attached to planning permission ref ESS/13/17/ROC, to allow modifications to the landform design within Cells 2 and 4 (adjusting the design detail to facilitate timely completion while also creating a greater range of new coastal habitat types) and to bring forward the proposed completion date to 31 December 2020. At Wallasea Island Wild Coast Project, Creeksea Ferry Road, Wallasea Island, SS4 2HD - ESS/02/18/ROC

The proposed development may not accord with the provision of the Rochford District Core Strategy Adopted 13th December 2011, Rochford District Allocations Plan Adopted 25th February 2014, and the Rochford District Development Management Plan Adopted 16th December 2014 in force in the area which the land to which the application relates is situated. Footpath 21 may be affected by the proposal.

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Leicester Avenue, Rochford in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Southend Road for a distance of approximately 40m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th February 2018 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2241959 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks. org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway patching works are undertaken by Essex County Council. An alternative route is available via Queen Elizabeth Chase, Sutton Court Drive, Leicester Avenue and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 8th February 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Access Road from Chelmsford Road, Hatfield Heath) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Access road from Chelmsford Road, Hatfield Heath in the District of Uttlesford, from its junction with The Heath to its junction with Beehive Court, a distance of approximately 38m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 20th February 2018 for 9 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2241244 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while carriageway resurfacing works are undertaken by Essex County Council.

An alternative route is available via The Heath, Chelmsford Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 8th February 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Forest Lane, Chigwell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Forest Lane, Chigwell in the District of Epping Forest, from a point approximately 190m north of its junction with Manor Road for a distance of approximately 32m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 26th February 2018 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (MU308000805969120045-002 - Thames Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new water connection works are undertaken by Thames Water.

An alternative route is available via High Road, Station Road, Hainault Road, Manor Road and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 8th February 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier
