LIMITED TO 12 EVENTS PER YEAR Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 23/04/18, to the Licensing Authority, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG.
