(Various Roads, District of Rochford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.3) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Rochford as specified in the schedule to this Order.



2. A temporary 'No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Stopping restriction will be in force.



"The Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (County of Essex) (District of Rochford) Consolidation Order 2006" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 5th July 2018, exact dates will be specified on http://roadworks.org/. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road. The Order will come into effect on 5th July 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Deerhurst, Thundersley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Deerhurst, Thundersley in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Rayleigh Road for a distance of approximately 46m in a westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th July 2018 for 1 day followed by 15th July 2018 for 1 day or where stated on a valid permit (BC006MU1WBAUSEIBTGCTCV05 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while duct and cable works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Common Lane, Rayleigh Road and vice versa.

The Order came into effect on 21st June 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(North Street, Rochford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Temporary Suspension of One Way) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close that length of North Street, Rochford in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Ship Lane to its junction with West Street,



a distance of approximately 45m.

2. To temporarily suspend the one way restriction on North Street, Rochford as detailed in 'The County Council of Essex (Various Streets, Rochford) (One Way) Order 1968, for HGV's only for the duration of the closure.



The closure/suspension is scheduled to commence on 1st July 2018 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EN0142961636 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure/suspension is required for the safety of the public and workforce while disconnection of existing supply and rectifying sunken Are hydrant frame and cover works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water.

An alternative route for non HGV's is available via West Street, Bradley Way, Ashingdon Road, Dalys Road, North

Street, Weir Pond Road, East Street, Old Ship Lane.

(Rectory Road, Hawkwell) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Rectory Road, Hawkwell in the District of Rochford, from its junction with Ironwell Lane for a distance of approximately 232m in a southwesterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 8th July 2018 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC005CC1W08JULEAKCD15721 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while cabling for new customer connection works are undertaken by BT. An alternative route is available via Rectory Road, Hall Road, Ashingdon Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 21st June 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, Borough of Castle Point) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.5) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the Borough of Castle Point as specified in the schedule to this Order.



2. A temporary 'No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Stopping restriction will be in force.
