Notice is hereby given that essex county council has granted the above planning application.

Effect of the orders: To temporarily close between the times of 20:00h and 06:00h the following length of A130 Southbound Carriageway & associated on slip from Rettendon Turnpike (A132), Rettendon/Shotgate/Rawreth/Bowers Gifford in the City of Chelmsford, District of Rochford and Borough of Basildon (outside these times the roads will be open and subject to a temporary 50MPH Speed Limit):

Southbound (A132) to the merge point with on slip from the A130 Southbound Rettendon carriageway, a distance of Turnpike approximately 600 metres

(A132) (entire length).

The closures and temporary 50MPH speed limit are scheduled to commence between the period of 16 July 2018 and 15 December 2018 (closures between the hours of 20:00h and 06:00h) or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting. Specified dates and times will be shown on advanced warning signs on site. The closures and temporary 50MPH speed limit are required for the safety of the public and workforce while resurfacing and associated embankment repair works are undertaken by County Route. Access for emergency service vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the closure.

The Order will come into effect on 16 July 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier. Dated: 12 July 2018

(Gafzelle Drive, Canvey Island) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Gafzelle Drive, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point, from a point approximately 180m south of its junction with High Street for a distance of approximately 75m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th July 2018 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EC30034792817 - UK Power Networks). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while installation of a new electrical supply is undertaken by UK Power Networks.

An alternative route is available via Gafzelle Drive, Crescent Road, Gainsborough Avenue, High Street and vice versa.

The Order will come into effect on 19th July 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Daws Heath Road, Rayleigh) (Temporary Introduction of One Way) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To temporarily introduce a one way restriction in that length of Daws Heath Road, Rayleigh, in the District of Rochford, from the junction with Castle Road to the junction with Eastwood Road Roundabout a distance of approximately 175m, traffic to travel in a southerly direction only. The restriction is scheduled to commence on 29th July 2018 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (EN0143018964 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The restriction is required for the safety of the public and workforce while interm to permanent reinstatment works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water.

An alternative route is available via Castle Road, High Street, and Eastwood Road.

The Order will come into effect on 19th July 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Various Roads, District of Rochford) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic & Clearway) (No.3) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation

Act 1984.

Effect of the order:

1. To temporarily close the various lengths of road in the District of Rochford as specified in the schedule to this Order.



2. A temporary 'No Stopping' restriction will be introduced on both sides of carriageway on the above lengths of roads for the duration of the closure to facilitate the works. Signs will be installed indicating when the No Stopping restriction will be in force.



"The Road Traffic (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (County of Essex) (District of Rochford) Consolidation Order 2006" will be temporarily amended to include the temporary 'No Stopping at Any Time' restriction and suspend any existing parking and waiting restrictions on the above lengths of roads only. All other restrictions and exemptions contained in the aforementioned Order and Amendments to that Order shall remain in force.

The works being undertaken will take place within an 18-month period from 5th July 2018, exact dates will be specified on http://roadworks. org/. The roads will be closed to facilitate each phase and then re-opened to the public. Access will be maintained for emergency services. Diversion routes will be signed at each location and residents will be informed of the dates of each phase via letter/leaflet drop and advanced warning signs on the road.

(Commonhall Lane, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Commonhall Lane, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Willow Walk for a distance of approximately 30m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 31st July 2018 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (AD037RO54887439 -Anglian Water). (Stanley Road, Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Stanley Road, Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Bread and Cheese Hill for a distance approximately 10m in a northerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 22nd July 2018 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC006MU1WBAUSEIBQWW2NS17 - BT). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while fibre cabling works are undertaken by BT.

An alternative route is available via Bread And Cheese Hill, Downer Road North, Thundersley Church Road, Stanley Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 19th July 2018 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Church Road, Thundersley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2018

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Thundersley in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Kents Hill Road North to its junction with Stanley Road, a distance of approximately 200m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 30th July 2018 for 3 nights (works to take place between 19:00 - 06:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2252499 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on www.roadworks.org. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while replacing speed table works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
