Two charged with fraud
TWO men accused of fraud will appear at Basildon Crown Court next month.
Raza Aziz, 26, and Pratik Sanganee, 24, appeared at Southend Magistrates’ Court accused of six counts of fraud by false representation, relating to selling plots of land and taking payment for building work and not completing it.
One of the alleged victims lives in Bellhouse Road, Eastwood, where it is claimed the pair took £150,000 for construction work without intending to finish it.
Aziz, of Hospital Bridge Road, Twickenham, South London, and Sanganee, of Winterbourne Road, Thornton Heath, Surrey, will next appear at Basildon Crown Court on Saturday, July 29.
