THESE are the remnants of a bike which was set alight by an arsonist.
Police are trying to track down its owner after finding the burnt out bike in a car park on North Road, Southend.
The bike was chained up with a combination lock on a bike rack on the edge of the car park behind a yellow cleaning garage.
It was set alight on the evening of August 23.
The owner of the bike can call PC Rosie Obeney at Southend police station on 101 ext 470106.
