Three-vehicle smash blocks Southend road
A BUSY Southend road is partially blocked following a three-vehicle crash.
Bournes Green Chase, between Maplin Way and Wakering Road, is partially blocked following the incident, which was first reported by the Essex Traffic Control Centre at 8.20am.
