Police search for man in relation to fires in Southend
POLICE want to trace this man in connection to fires thought to be deliberately set in Southend.
The blazes occurred on February 23 and 25 at a disused building to the rear of the Happidrome arcade in Marine Parade.
Officers investigating the fires want to trace the man pictured.
He is wearing dark grey trainers, dirty blue jeans, a dark khaki green or black jacket, baseball cap with a white peak and was holding a carrier bag.
