Voters take to social media to thank their MP after tragic killing of Labour's Jo Cox

Following the death of Ms Cox, who was shot and stabbed in the street in Birstall, West Yorkshire, on Thursday, the hashtag #ThankYourMP has started trending on Twitter.

It has seen south Essex's MPs among those being given appreciation by their constituents.
