Police guard house in Wickford as part of ongoing incident
POLICE are currently guarding a house in Wickford as part of an ongoing incident.
Three police cars are currently parked outside the house in Highcliffe Road, and have been there since about 5pm.
Residents reported that an ambulance crew and three other police cars were at the scene earlier this afternoon.
A spokesman for Essex Police confirmed the force is unable to comment, due to it being "an ongoing incident".
