A DOCTOR from Wickford has been awarded a prestigious life membership award from the renowned Institute of Biomedical Science.
David Petts, a biomedical scientist, is responsible for diagnosing disease and evaluate the effectiveness of treatments through the analysis of fluids and tissue samples.
David worked at Basildon Hospital in the microbiology department and has been an active member of the institute for more than 50 years.
