The crash happened in Ongar Road, Brentwood
FIREFIGHTERS freed a woman from a car which was on its side following a crash.
Crews from Brentwood, Billericay and Ongar were called to Ongar Road in Brentwood at about 4.55pm yesterday to a crash involving two vehicles.
When firefighters arrived, they found that one car had left the road and was on its side with a woman trapped inside.
They worked to release her by 6pm and left her in the care of the ambulance service.
