IT was lucky more people weren’t injured after a van crashed through two bricks walls before ending up in the car park of a healthcare clinic.
It is unclear why the van left the A13 London Road on Bread and Cheese Hill.
The driver was cut out of the vehicle and suffered head injuries which are not thought to be life threatening.
Michael Clark, co-founder of Clarks Osteopathic and Complementary Healthcare, where the van ended up, said it was lucky no-one was seriously injured.
He added: “I’m not sure what happened.
“We are on a straight bit of road with no bend.
“He went through two brick walls. We had to close as it wasn’t safe but we are back open again now.”
