Police are appealing for information after a man suffered serious facial injuries during an assault.
Between 3am and 3.30am on Monday, October 9, the victim was with friends on Springfield Road when an argument broke out with another man, who had been in the same bar as them.
The man punched the 22-year-old causing serious injuries to his face.
He is also alleegd to have punched two other men, causing minor injuries.
The man then ran off in the direction of Iceland Supermarket on Springfield Road.
The victim described the man as being of Indian or Pakistani descent, between 5ft 7ins and 5ft 10ins tall and of slim build.
He had dark cropped hair, facial stubble and was in his mid to late 20s.
At the time of the incident he was wearing a long sleeved light blue or grey shirt, black trousers and smart black shoes.
Earlier in the evening he said his name was Aaron.
