PUNK trio Overdryve will be bringing their special blend of post-punk, funk and rock to Basildon tomorrow night, when they take to the stage at the Edge.
Expect a high energy set of originals and covers from this Southend based band, made up of Alfie G Sleet - guitar and lead vocals; Jobe Lewis - bass guitar and backing vocals and Harry Gray - drums and backing vocals.
Founded in January this year, the threesome got together, when Alfie had a random jam with Jobe and Harry.
They have since been cutting their teeth around the local music scene with ferocity.
Tomorrow night - Thursday March 8 - the join the bill with Whoremoan and Knight of the Dark Soul at Hippy Joe's Live and Unsigned night.
"What incredible bands" they posted on their Facebook page, "this gig is going to be massive."
The night starts from 8pm at the bar in High Pavement.
Admission is free.
