THERE will be no criminal investigation after a body believed to be missing Essex teenager Natasha Coombs was found by a railway track.
Police believe Natasha's death was suicide or an accident.
The 17-year-old's body was discovered in undergrowth one mile and 300 yards south of Manningtree railway station.
A freight train driver spotted clothing and a British Transport Police search team made the tragic find.
The discovery of a distinctive black handbag and a pink mobile phone nearby has led police to believe it is the teenager.
Dental records will be used today to confirm it is Natasha's body.
The provisional post mortem examination result said the death was unascertained but consistent with a train strike.
Friends have left flowers, cards and candles at the bridge under the railway line and at Natasha's home in Dovercourt.
