Police at scene of traveller encampment
Police officers are currently on scene of a traveller encampment in Hockley.
A spokesman from Essex Police said: "Our officers are currently at Clements Hall Leisure centre, Hockley, at an unauthorised encampment, working with the centre and local authority to minimise disprution whilst procedures are followed."

The leisure centre had closed temporarily but has since reopened.
The travellers have been served a Section 61 notice, which is a direction to leave.
They have until 9am tomorrow to move on.
Residents have reported that travellers are still in the car park.
