TROUBLED singer Amy Winehouse has pulled out of this weekend's V Festival in Chelmsford and cancelled all her touring commitments for August.
The announcement came as she returned to rehab in a £10,000 a week clinic on Osea Island in the Blackwater Estuary.
She returned to the island near Maldon yesterday after facing accusations she had run away from the Causeway Retreat.
Last week she was rushed to hospital amid claims she had taken a cocktail of drugs and alcohol.
Her spokesman Tracey Miller said: "Amy Winehouse is putting all her touring commitments for this month on hold until further notice in order to address her health issues.
"Amy will now not be performing at this weekend's V Festival in Chelmsford and Staffordshire. Her family has requested that the media respect Amy's privacy at this time. There will be no further comment."
