Man charged with dangerous driving and using mobile after A130 fuel spill
A man has been charged following a collision on the A130 near the Rettendon Turnpike yesterday.
A lorry was in collision with a barrier on the northbound carriageway at around 12.55pm and a large amount of fuel splilt across the carriageway.
The northbound carriageway was closed between the Rettendon Turnpike and Howe Green while repairs took place.
Miroslav Hochman, 57, from the Czech Republic has been charged with dangerous driving and using a mobile phone while driving.
He is due at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
