A man has been charged with possession of a knife after swift action from an off-duty police officer.
Clint Murphy, 39, of no fixed address, has been remanded to appear at Southend Magistrates’ Court today, Tuesday, August 28.
A man was arrested in Carnarvon Road, Southend, at around 6.10am yesterday, Monday, August 27.
