Traffic on M25
The M25 was also moving slowly in both directions after a breakdown and a crash earlier this morning.
The road moving clockwise has seen three lanes blocked following an accident on the road which was first reported at around 7.25am.
A single lane had been blocked on the road going anti-clockwise near due to a breakdown beside junction 25 with the A10.
Traffic is moving slowly between junction 27 and 24 due to the breakdown, however Essex Traffic Control added that "onlookers" to the incident on the opposite side of the carriageway has also slowed down traffic greatly.
