Travellers pitch up on small green next to A13
A number of caravans have been seen on a small green next to the A13.
Residents reported seeing up to nine caravans and several families pitch up on a small piece of land next to the A13 in Shoebury, near resdential homes.
Residents in Shillingstone and Sedgemoor reported seeing the caravans arrive at roughly 7pm yesterday evening.
Southend Council has been contacted for comment.
