A man is on the loose after he was sentenced to more than 30 months in prison.
James Brooks, 24, of Victoria Avenue, Southend was given a 32-month prison sentence and ordered to surrender himself at Southend Police Station on Thursday September 20 after he was jailed in his absence.
The Court of Appeal quashed a suspended sentence given to Brooks in July this year and instead sentenced him to the jail term.
Brooks was sentenced for producing a Class B drug, possession of a Class B drug with intent to supply and possession with intent to supply a Class A drug.
Police are still searching for him.
