A man armed with a knife stole hundreds of pounds from a petrol station on the A127.
The man entered the Hovefields Shell petrol station in Arterial Road, Wickford shortly before 9pm on Monday, September 24.
He threatened a staff member and demanded they hand over cash.
He took a three figure sum of cash from the till and cigarettes before running down the A127 towards Southend.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the robbery and want to speak with anyone who saw the man or have any CCTV footage.
