A Basildon man has been charged following a fatal collision in central London.
Jason Edmunds, 43, of North Crockerford, Basildon, has been charged with causing death by careless driving.
He will appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on October 19.
This follows a collision between a lorry and a cyclist on Grosvenor Road, at the junction with Chelsea Bridge, at approximately 7.50am on September 27.
The cyclist, 36-year-old Claudette Landi, was taken to hospital following the collision where she died later that afternoon.
The driver of the lorry was arrested and charged as above.
