The Cornelius Vermuyden School
A SCHOOL has announced its new headteacher.
Ian Hockey, will take over the role at Cornelius Vermuyden School in post from January following the retirement of the current headteacher, Carol Skewes.
Mr Hockey, has been deputy headteacher at the school.
At a staff briefing this morning at the school the appointment was announced.
Mr Hockey said he is looking forward to taking on his new role in January and to the challenges ahead of him.
