A man has been charged with theft, burglary and seven counts of breaching a criminal behaviour order.
Stefan Jaworski, 36, of Francis Walk, Rayleigh. was arrested on Monday October 1.
He has been charged with seven counts of breaching a criminal behaviour order by entering Marks and Spencer in Eastwood Road and the BP garage in London Road, which he was prohibited from entering as part of the order.
Jaworski has also been charged with three counts of theft from Marks and Spencer and two counts of theft and one count or burglary at the BP garage.
The alleged offences took place between September 6 and September 27.
Jaworski is due to appear at Southend Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday October 3.
