COLCHESTER'S MP was reprimanded in the House of Commons for being "over excitable" during a debate on Brexit.
John Bercow, the speaker of the house, interrupted the house during proceedings to speak to Will Quince after he heckled Jeremy Corbyn.
Mr Bercow said Mr Quince was usually a man of "charm and good grace".
He added: "We will get to you in due course Will Quince, don't worry."
The house had been called to listen to the latest news on a Brexit deal with the EU.
