THREE people including two teenagers have been arrested following a robbery.
The robbery took place in Lakeside shopping centre yesterday.
A spokesman for Essex Police said: "We received a call at around 7.55pm from a boy who reported that a group of people had approached him and his friends and threatened them with a knife.
"They took items of clothing from the boy and left.
"We arrested three people near to Chafford Hundred train station at around 8.20pm and seized an imitation firearm and a knife."
An 18-year-old man from Romford and a 17-year-old boy from Dagenham were arrested on suspicion of robbery, possession of firearms offences and possession of a knife.
A 15-year-old boy from Rainham was arrested on suspicion of robbery.
They all remain in custody for questioning.
