A man has been charged with two counts of burglary and breaching a criminal behaviour order.
Robert Polkinghorn, 40, unemployed, of Hastings Road, Southend, appeared at Basildon Magistrates’ Court yesterday, Thursday, November 15, and he has been remanded to appear at Basildon Crown Court on Thursday, December 13.
He was arrested on Tuesday, November 13, following reports of a burglary in Eastwood North Road, Leigh, at around 4.30pm.
