A MAN has been charged with multiple counts of assulting emergency workers.
A 35-year-old man from Rayleigh has been charged with one count of assault by beating, seven counts of common assault on an emergency worker, and two counts of criminal damage.
The charges follow an arrest in the town on February 3.
The man has been remanded in custody by the court to appear at Chelmsford Magistrates' Court next week.
