An online funding page supporting a mum with cancer has collected more than £30,000.

Becs Lewis, 45, from Tilbury, has a very aggressive tumour known as Glioblastoma Multiforme and has been given a year to live.

She has three children and two grandchildren.

Her family are researching hard to find alternative treatments, or clinical trials, anywhere in the world that could be effective.

She would need a minimum of four sessions over three months, this requires them to raise funds of more than £100,000.

Her sister, Ruth Thake, is leading the fundraising efforts.
