A swan was helped back to safety after wandering on to a busy road in Colchester.
The bird was spotted on the A133, Colne Bank Avenue, this morning.
Luckily two police officers came to the rescue and helped escort the lost swan to safety - with the help of a parcel delivery worker.
PC Tom Raes, based at Stanway, tweeted a video of the rescue in progress.
He said: "Something a bit different this morning with Pc Harris.
"Escorted this swan ðĶĒ safely off of the #A133 Colne Bank Avenue in #Colchester after it got a little lost. Thanks also to the lady from @Hermesparcels for assisting us."
