A doctors surgery has been slammed after failing to be safe or effective.
Clayhill Medical Practice, Vange Health Centre, Southview Road, Vange has been rated as inadequate by the Care Quality Commission.
The practice has more than 6,000 patients and has been ordered to improve by the health watchdog.
The report states: "Some performance data including screening data was lower than local and national averages.
"Some childhood immunisations data was lower than target levels."
The practice and Basildon and Brentwood Clinical Commissioning Group have been contacted for comment.
