Police are appealing for information after a woman was threatened with a knife at a park in Brentwood.
A woman reported that she parked at Thorndon Country Park at around 11.30am on Wednesday, April 10.
She then got out of her vehicle and started walking her dog when she was approached by a man armed with a knife.
The man demanded that she hand over money and then punched her to the face before running off.
He has been described as being black, around 5ft 10 to 5ft 11ins tall, of an average build and in his mid to late 20s.
