Duo - Andy and Danny

Starting out in the house music scene in London, in 1993, Clockwork Orange then branched out when Andy and Danny decided to take their brand out to Ibiza.

Now, 25 years on, the pair have played hundreds of sell out parties across the UK and overseas.

In 2002, the duo decided to take a break from the music scene for a while.

But after 12 years, the DJ-ing pair decided to bring their Clockwork nights back from the dead but with a promise to keep the events as nostalgic as possible with a focus on 90s hits. vibes from when they started out.

Andy said: “People came across some pictures Danny had put up on Facebook of the old events and it created such a buzz, so we did a reunion party.

“It is an older crowd but we welcome everybody to the parties from 18 to 80. The young people want to embrace what we do and it’s pure happy vibes and all about the music.

“The festival is about trying to create what we had all of them years ago.”

Some big house names will be headlining the main stage, including Erick Morillo, Roger Sanchez, Todd Terry and Joey Negro, and of course Andy and Danny themselves.

Tickets to the all-day event, on Saturday, June 22, are still available, though 85 per cent of the tickets have been sold, including VIP tickets.

Andy added: “There’s a hell of a lot more work involved logistically - it’s a completely different animal.

“It’s been challenging and there’s been headaches but we’ve enjoyed it.

“We did this as we were fed up with nightclubs letting us down. This is now our own thing.

“We’ll be putting on lots of other big events for the winter too - we just want to continue doing what we do and make this the best thing ever, and give everyone a taste of what we do.”
