A man has been arrested on suspicion of sexual grooming after a paedophile hunter group live streamed a video of a sting.
Essex Police has confirmed a 26-year-old man was arrested near Braintree Village yesterday evening (May 22).
A spokesman said: "A 26-year-old man was arrested near to Freeport in Braintree on suspicion of sexual grooming at around 7.30pm on Wednesday, May 22.
"He is currently in custody."

The arrest was made shortly after the Justice For The Innocent group approached a man in Braintree during a sting which was live streamed on Facebook.
The group posted three separate videos of the sting and subsequent arrest which have been viewed more than 46,000 times in total.
