CLOUDFM chief executive Jeff Dewing and chief systems architect James Blackman had a right royal welcome they were invited to a reception at Buckingham Palace.
Cloudfm, which is based in Colchester, has received the Queen’s Award for Innovation.
Mr Dewing and Mr Blackman enjoyed the palace reception where they met members of the royal family including Prince Charles.
Mr Dewing said: “It was an absolute honour to walk the red carpet into Buckingham Palace.
“James and I were absolutely blown away by the sheer magnificence of the location.
“We were there to represent not only ourselves and fellow co-founder of Cloudfm Derrick Hidden, but also every single member of staff who has contributed to our win of such a prestigious award.”
