COLCHESTER Lib Dem councillors have funded three seats as part of the Mercury Theatre’s redevelopment project.
Lyn Barton has been fundraising for the £9.6 million Mercury Rising project and the party has raised £1,425.
She said: “It has enabled us to purchase three seats for ten years and there was a great response from members.”
“I am delighted the Lib Dems are supporting this amazing project.”
