The area's newest musical festival is about to take place, this time in the picturesque setting of an Essex Vineyard.
Party in the Vines takes place over the weekend of August 24 and 25 with a cracking line-up organised by Colchester music promoters Pink Shed.
And having just opened up its new vineyard experience this summer, Prettyfields is perhaps the perfect place for this new event.
Held amongst the vines, there will be two days of live music, street food, Prettyfields wine, beer, gin and camping.
Music runs from 12pm to 11pm on the Saturday and 12pm to 6pm on the Sunday with camping available on both nights.
Among those performing will be The Upsy Daisies, Brooke Telling, Pink Shed's very own Polly Haynes, the Lamplight Club, and Sam Eagle, who has just been signed to the prestigious Cooking Vinyl record label.
Ticket prices are weekend pass, including camping, £15 and a day pass is £8 in advance, and £10 on the day. Under 18s are free.
