Road CLOSED in both directions after crash
A ROAD in Dunmow has been closed after a crash.
Braintree Road has been closed in both directions due to an accident at the St Edmunds Lane junction.
It happened at about 4.50pm.
UPDATE 5.45Pm - A fire crew from Great Dunmow and another from Leaden Roding attended the crash involving two cars.
Fire crews worked with paramedics to help rescue one person trapped in their car.
The casualty was freed by 5.20pm and left in the care of the ambulance service.
