A SECOND man has been charged over the deaths of 39 people who were found dead in a lorry container in Grays.
Eamon Harrison is facing a total of 41 charges.
Harrison, 23, of Mayobridge, Co Down, Northern Ireland has appeared in court in Dublin this morning.
The charges against him include 39 counts of manslaughter, conspiracy to commit a human trafficking and conspiracy to assist unlawful immigration.
Meanwhile, police in Vietnam have arrested two people in connection with the deaths.
Police in the province of Ha Tinh have reportedly launched an
investigation into suspected human trafficking.
