A MAN will appear in court charged with robbing someone at knife point.
Jamie Gregory, 32, of South Avenue, Southend, is due at Basildon Crown Court charged with assault causing actual bodily harm, robbery, making off without making payment, assault by beating of an emergency worker, possession of cocaine, affray and threatening a person with blade in a public place.
Police received reports at around 8.45am on October 12 that two men threatened a woman in her vehicle in The Drive in Rochford.
A 42-year-old man from Rochford was arrested on October 14 and he has been released under investigation.
Police then made a second arrest on Saturday October 19.
