STUDENTS at Cronton Sixth Form have just returned from a week-long skiing trip to the glorious French Alps.
The annual ski trip, held in the La Plagne ski resort, is a favourite event for students at the college in which they can enjoy many exciting activities as well as spend the days tackling the slopes and developing their skiing techniques.
The students participated in skiing tuition with instructors before taking to the slopes themselves and exploring everything that La Plagne has to offer.
After returning to the hotel from a day of skiing, the students had the opportunity to enjoy some local cuisine and get involved in a range of activities including laser tag, bowling, ice skating, ice hockey and quiz nights.
Engineering tutor at Cronton Sixth Form, Katie Peacock said: “We all had such an amazing time on the trip. It is brilliant that we can give our students such wonderful opportunities to visit places like La Plagne.
"The feedback we have had from the students has been fantastic. We already can’t wait for next year's trip.”
