ALL country parks overseen by Essex County Council are to close from 8pm tonight (Sunday).
This measure has been necessary to ensure social distancing and to limit the spread of coronavirus, the council says.
The country parks will be closed until further notice.
It follows concerns about many people congregating in public places, against official advice.
