Coronavirus: No new deaths at south Essex hospitals
THERE have been no new deaths at south Essex hospitals from the coronavirus in the past day.
Basildon and Southend Hospitals, along with the Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust based in Runwell recorded no new deaths from those who tested positive from the virus.
There were also no new deaths in Broomfield or Colchester Hospitals.
However, one Covid-19 patient sadly died at the Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow.
There were 604 new deaths in England in the past day from the virus, bringing the total to 3,302.
Patients were aged between 24 and 100 years old. 34 of the 604 patients (aged between 27 and 92 years old) had no known underlying health condition.
Their families have been informed.
