THE coronavirus crisis has thrown into sharp focus the wonderful work of our NHS.
Up and down the country, we have been lauding, praising and emotionally thanking all those fighting to save patients from coronavirus.
We've given gifts, baked cakes and handed over care packages and raised thousands for NHS charities.
Now, Cadbury's has gone a step further by delivering a van-load of 5,000 chocolate eggs to Southend Hospital staff.
In a Facebook post, Southend Hospital said: "Calling all Southend Hospital staff! We've had delivery of 5,000 chocolate eggs, courtesy of Cadbury UK
"The eggs are available for pick-up from the Kindness Table at the Education Centre from 10.30am tomorrow, Tues May 12."
