POLICE stopped a fast-food delivery driver in Rayleigh because he wasn't wearing a seat belt...and he was "watching a screen" while driving.
Essex Police operational support group - which conducts force-wide operations, tweeted about the incident tonight.
They revealed the car driver also had no insurance and his car was seized. The driver was reported.
A spokesman said: "Vehicle stopped in Rayleigh as the driver was not wearing his seat belt and was watching a screen whilst driving.
"He was also delivering takeaway food without insurance.
"Driver reported and vehicle seized."
