RESIDENTS were left shocked after a full window pane was thrown from a flat block.
The incident took place at around 9.30pm on Tuesday at Bewley Court.

The commotion was said to last for around four hours.
One 18-year-old resident of Whittingham Avenue said: “Last night I was out on a walk and came across this, when the man pushed the window out it made a huge bang noise.
“This resulted in police, security and ambulance crews arriving shortly after, most of the block of flats was lit up with residents looking out.
“As time went on more police, ambulance and fire units were arriving.
“They were also joined by locksmiths company to unlock the man’s door.
“This went on for more than four hours.”
A spokesman for the East of England Ambulance Service Trust said: “We were called to Whittingham Avenue at around 9.20pm on Tuesday night to reports of concerns for welfare.
“An ambulance, ambulance officer and three hazardous area response team (HART) vehicles attended but no one required transporting to hospital.”
A spokesman for Essex Police thanked residents for their help during the incident.
They said: “We want to thank residents for their understanding and patience following a disturbance in Southend last night.
“We were called to a concern for welfare in Whittingham Avenue, at around 9.30pm.
“A man had removed a window pain from an upstairs window and was causing a disturbance.
“Officers attended and at around 2.10am he was brought to safety, with the support of our colleagues from the fire and ambulance services.”
Essex County Fire and Rescue Service confirmed they attended the scene to assist the police with their efforts to bring the situation under control.
A man in his 30s has been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage in connection with the incident and remains in police custody for questioning.
