A man has been arrested after an 11-year-old girl was reportedly attacked in a playground.
Essex Police have confirmed a man, 34, is currently in custody after a girl says she was shoved in a playground in South Ockendon.
The 11-year-old claims a man pushed her in the chest as she was playing on the climbing frame in the playground on Darenth Lane, between 5.15pm and 5.25pm on Sunday.
It is believed an altercation took place involving the suspect, the same girl and another man following the incident.
The girl was not injured.

The force are now appealing for information, with a spokesman saying: "A 34-year-old man from Grays was arrested by our officers on suspicion of assault and he remains under investigation.
"Anyone with information is asked to call Grays police station on 101 quoting crime reference 42/107630/20
"Alternatively, you can call Crimestopppers anonymously on 0800 555 111."
